Rick is an amazing plumber. He welcomes and takes a positive approach to any challenges that he is faced with. He has great problem solving ability and works very efficiently. He is able to stay on schedule and on budget, even when faced with unforeseen problems. Rick is meticulous, closely follows manufacturer’s specifications, and is not afraid to call the manufacturer/distributor to clarify any ambiguities. He does not cut corners. He is an excellent communicator and works seamlessly with the contractor. He truly cares for his clients and is very respectful of their concerns and of their space.
