Was given Rick’s name through a friend of our realtor. Right from the first phone conversation that I had with him I was impressed. We were seeking to do a bathroom reno in preparation to put our house on the market. It was a stressful time and Rick was supportive, positive and knew a tiler and called him for me. I think he went beyond what any other contractor would do and was eager to make the reno as stress-free as possible. That was even before we met him. Once he and his assistant arrived at the house they were courteous, conscientious and explained what they would be doing then walked us through everything once they were done.
